Agreement

Introduction
  • Our Job Seeker ‘Registration Agreement’ represents the terms in which we will work together on the shared goal of recruitment.
  • From time to time this agreement may change so please periodically check this website for any updates.
No Fees
  • There is no fee for the services we provide to job seekers as these are paid for by employers based on successful placements.
Our Commitment to Each Other
  • While Psych-Recruitment does not demand job seekers to sign any form of general exclusivity arrangement (e.g., sole agent agreement) we do however prefer to work with candidates who are highly committed to working with us. This is due to the amount of time we put into each inquiry and also the high level of demand for our services. We may choose not to work with candidates involved in multiple processes. If you have already started recruitment processes elsewhere then we are happy to talk to you about this and whether we may be able to assist or not.
  • By registering your employment goals, qualifications, work history and/or forwarding your curriculum vitae to Psych-Recruitment you will deem that the terms of this agreement are acceptable.
  • Psych-Recruitment commits to providing you free and frank advice as to the likelihood of being able to assist you.
  • All information and services are provided in good faith and with the hope that your choice to use our services is based on the quality of our work. Should at any time you become unhappy with the services provided, become worried or impatient at the apparent slowness of the process, see employment opportunities that we have not talked to you about, or wish to use another process, then we require that you commit to discussing this with us.
  • A commitment does occur where a job seeker requests Psych-Recruitment to introduce and/or forward a job enquiry/application to particular employer(s). At this point the candidate accepts to be a Psych-Recruitment candidate for the period of the related recruitment process with the particular employer(s) or particular position(s) of interest. Even when a period of time elapses between initial contacts we require jobseekers to advise us should they wish to re-engage with the employer and not to make direct contact.

The Obligations of the Job Seeker

As a job seeker you agree:
  • To advise of registration with any other recruitment providers or employers prior to using our services.
  • To provide information which is in all respects true and is not in any way inaccurate or likely to mislead or deceive.
  • To advise on accepting an employment offer from an employer introduced by Psych-Recruitment Ltd.
  • To advise should an employer introduced by Psych-Recruitment Ltd refer you as a job seeker to any other third party.
  • To advise us when you no longer wish to use our services.
As a job seeker you acknowledge that:
  • While best efforts will be made, Psych-Recruitment does not guarantee that it will be able to meet your employment needs.
  • You will only be introduced to employers where Psych-Recruitment is of the opinion that your credentials and skills match the employer's job specifications and short listing criteria.
  • Psych-Recruitment has no liability as to the success of any application made by you whether for jobs, professional registration or immigration visas.
  • Psych-Recruitment will always make best endeavours to provide accurate information however, as procedures and policies external to Psych-Recruitment can change without notice, it is not possible for Psych-Recruitment to take liability for inaccuracies. As such Job Seekers agree to double check information provided particularly when making significant decisions or commitments. If any information provided by Psych-Recruitment is found to be inaccurate then you agree to advise Psych-Recruitment as soon as possible.
