Doug McCall
Manager/Clinical Psychologist
Hello and thank you for visiting our website and for considering using our services.
Let me introduce myself. I am a New Zealander and trained as a clinical psychologist
at Waikato University in Hamilton graduating in 1995. This was followed by a decade’s
clinical experience working in child protection, justice and private practice in
locations of Rotorua/Taupo, Hamilton and Auckland. Before establishing Psych-Recruitment
I was employed as Principal Psychologist managing a team of psychologists for the
New Zealand Department of Corrections.
Family circumstances delivered me to Europe and into the field of recruitment. I
am passionate about the field of psychology and enjoy helping to develop the profession
through sourcing skills and matching these with employers needs. I have interests
in management, service development and forensic psychology.
As I am physically located in the Central Europe Time (CET) zone this allows convenient
availability to job seekers located in Europe, the Americas, and Africa. At the
same time most evenings I am in contact with employers and colleagues in New Zealand
and frequently return to catch up on employment requirements.
I look forward to the opportunity to assist you with your employment needs.
